The stamped form(s) can be used to document your E F M P registration status for other programs such as TRICARE Extended Care Health Option (ECHO) or Army Respite Care. The M T F will send a copy of the form(s) to the regional medical command for validation and entry into the Army E F M P database. The registration of a family member in E F M P will place an E F M P enrollment flag in the Soldier's personnel record.
